Credit Card Charges
Credit Card default charges are charges you have incurred for going over your agreed Credit Limit or for Late Payments. In April 2006 the OFT made an investigation into these charges and found that they were set at a level significantly higher than what is fair.
A default charge should only be used to recover certain limited administrative costs. This meant that in June 2006 all of the major credit card providers reduced their charges to the new standard £12.00 default charge.
Due to the fact that they charges were reduced in line with the OFT’s findings means that we can apply to the providers using our extensive knowledge of the claiming procedures and ask the provider to refund all charges that the client has incurred in the last 6 years over the £12.00 fee PLUS compound interest.

Compound interest is charged at the same rate as the credit card lender would have charged you each month. We add the interest onto the refund amount per month so the amount you could receive back is considerably larger than the charges you have paid.
There is no upfront fee for you to make this claim. A £10.00 cheque is required made payable to your credit card company to enable us to make a Data Subject Access Request for all your charges history. We usually get this refunded with your payout. We charge a 15% commission fee on any monies refunded, so if we get you £1000 refunded, our fee is £150 and you receive the balance of £850.00.
And if we don’t secure you a refund – it costs you nothing.
